Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fuji Electric RYG.50HA-VV parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wtc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Futek product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wtc such as the GA03T20AGA03T20A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GALX1064AN manufactured by Gal and we are pleased to be able to service most Gal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LLB350 by Manufacturer Futek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Furnas Brand 14BF32AJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Future-Design-Controls such as MCT4 equipment made by Future-Design-Controls have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 15BF32A by Furnas and MCT4 spares by Future-Design-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
